Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (CGV) govern the contractual relationship between Relab, a brand of the company REFURB TECH SARL with a share capital of 100 000 DH, Casablanca Trade Register (RC) No. 543383, ICE 003073462000026, whose registered office is at 46, boulevard Zerktouni, Casablanca (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website www.relab.ma (hereinafter "the Buyer").
2. Products
Relab sells certified premium pre-owned electronic devices (iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, Samsung, etc.). Every product goes through more than 55 inspection points before going on sale.
3. Price
Prices shown on the site are in Moroccan Dirhams (DH), all taxes included. Relab reserves the right to change its prices at any time, the applicable price being the one displayed when the order is placed.
4. Order
The order is approved once payment is confirmed or the credit agreement is signed. Relab reserves the right to cancel any order in case of insufficient stock or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Moroccan territory: the same day in Casablanca, and within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch in other cities. Delivery is free across Morocco.
6. Warranty
All Relab products come with a 1-year warranty covering electronic and mechanical defects not caused by misuse.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the Buyer has 7 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without penalty or justification.
8. Personal data
The information collected when you place an order is necessary to process it. In accordance with Law 09-08 on personal data protection, the Buyer has a right of access to and rectification of their data.
9. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca shall have sole jurisdiction.
