Relab is the controller of your personal data within the meaning of Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.
2. Data collected
When you use the website www.relab.ma, we may collect the following categories of data: (a) identification data: last name, first name, email address, phone number, postal address; (b) order data: products purchased, amount, payment method, purchase history; (c) browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, visit duration, traffic source; (d) communication data: messages exchanged with our customer service via WhatsApp, email or phone.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is collected and processed for the following purposes: (a) managing your orders and ensuring delivery; (b) managing invoicing and payment; (c) providing after-sales service and the warranty; (d) answering your requests via WhatsApp, email or phone; (e) sending you commercial information if you have consented; (f) analyzing and improving our site (browsing statistics, performance); (g) fighting fraud and securing our systems; (h) complying with our legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the following bases: performance of the sales contract you enter into with Relab; compliance with legal obligations (notably tax and accounting); your explicit consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing communication); and our legitimate interest (improving the site, preventing fraud).
5. Data recipients
Your data is accessible only to: (a) authorized Relab staff; (b) our technical service providers (Google Cloud Run hosting, delivery providers, payment processors) who act on Relab's instructions and are bound by a confidentiality agreement; (c) administrative or judicial authorities when required by law. We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Transfers outside Morocco
Some of your data may be transferred to servers located in the United States or Europe (notably via Google Cloud, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity, used for browsing statistics). These transfers are covered by contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) and by the compliance commitments of these providers.
7. Retention period
Your order data is kept for 10 years from the last transaction, in accordance with Moroccan accounting and tax obligations. Your browsing data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. Your commercial prospecting data is kept for 3 years from your last active contact. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Cookies and trackers
Our site uses cookies that are essential to its operation (session, cart) as well as audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel). On your first visit, a consent banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies or by writing to us at contact@relab.ma.
9. Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08 and the GDPR, you have the following rights: right of access to your data; right of rectification; right to erasure (« right to be forgotten »); right to restriction of processing; right to data portability; right to object to processing, in particular for commercial prospecting; right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@relab.ma, stating your request and attaching a copy of an ID document (for verification purposes). We will reply within a maximum of 30 days.
10. Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP) in Morocco: www.cndp.ma — address: Avenue Bourgogne, Rabat.
11. Security
Relab implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction: TLS/HTTPS encryption for all communications, restricted access to data, hosting on Google Cloud infrastructure (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications).

This policy may be changed at any time to reflect legal or technical developments. The date of the last update appears at the bottom of the page. Material changes will be notified to you by email or via an information banner on the site.
