The iPhone 13 was launched in 2021. That's 4 years ago. And yet, it remains one of the most-bought pre-owned iPhones at Relab in 2026. Why? Because Apple makes phones that last.
What the iPhone 13 still has going for it
A15 Bionic: A chip that's still fast
In 2026, the iPhone 13's A15 Bionic is still ultra-fast for everyday use. WhatsApp, Instagram, navigation, even demanding games — it all runs perfectly. Apple guarantees iOS updates until 2027-2028, so you're covered.
Improved battery life
Apple significantly improved the battery on the iPhone 13 vs the 12. 19h of video playback according to Apple. In real use, that's easily a day and a half for moderate use.
Capable dual 12MP camera
The iPhone 13's dual camera system produces beautiful photos in all conditions. Cinematic mode for videos, Portrait mode, Smart HDR 4. You won't be disappointed.
Price: The best value for money on the market
- iPhone 13 pre-owned Grade A at Relab: ~3,500 – 4,200 DH
- iPhone 13 new (stock): ~7,000+ DH
- That's half the price for the same everyday performance
The limits to know about
No Dynamic Island: The traditional notch is there. It bothers no one in use, but it's less modern than the iPhone 14 Pro.
No 120Hz: The screen is 60Hz. For most users, you don't really notice. But if you're used to 120Hz, you will.
USB-C: The iPhone 13 uses Lightning, not USB-C. If you already have Lightning cables, that's an advantage. If not, it's something to take into account.
Our honest verdict
The pre-owned iPhone 13 is the best choice for a budget of 3,500 – 4,500 DH. It's a premium iPhone that does everything very well, supported by Apple for at least 2 more years, with an excellent camera and battery life.
