Why the MacBook Pro M3 is in a category of its own
The Liquid Retina XDR display
The Pro's screen is in a different league from the Air. Mini-LED with local dimming, it offers:
- 3,000 nits of brightness in HDR (vs 500 for the Air)
- Deep black close to OLEDs
- P3 color gamut + True Tone
- Adaptive ProMotion 120Hz
For photo/video work or presentations, the difference is immediate.
M3 Pro chip: The difference that counts

| GPU cores | 10 | 14-18 |
